HAWAII RETREAT

By making a reservation for the Hawaii Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and familiarize yourself with these terms before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Refunds: All reservations for the Retreat are non-refundable. Once the reservation is made and payment is received, there will be no refunds provided for any reason. We highly recommend that you carefully consider your commitment to attending the retreat before making a reservation.

2. Chargebacks: Any attempts to initiate a chargeback or dispute the payment for the Retreat will be considered a violation of these terms and conditions. In such cases, legal action may be taken to recover the full amount owed, including any additional fees or expenses incurred.

3. Payment Plan: If you choose to participate in a payment plan for the Retreat, it is your responsibility to ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner. Failure to make the agreed-upon payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and no refunds or credits will be provided.

4. Event Location: The address and details of the event location will be emailed to you using the email address provided during the checkout process. It is essential to provide a valid email address to ensure that you receive all necessary information regarding the retreat. Please check your email regularly leading up to the event dates.

5. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. It is important to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of reservation, so appropriate accommodations can be made. While we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment, participation in activities and workshops is voluntary, and attendees assume full responsibility for their own safety.

6. Code of Conduct: The Retreat aims to provide a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. We expect all attendees to treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct, without a refund.

7. Photography and Recording: Photography and recording during the Retreat are allowed only with the explicit consent of all individuals involved. Please respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others. Official event photographers may be present to capture moments throughout the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending the retreat, you grant permission for the organizers to use any photographs or recordings that may include your likeness.

8. Schedule and Activities: The organizers will provide a detailed schedule of events and activities closer to the retreat dates. While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, some adjustments may be made due to unforeseen circumstances or the need to optimize the retreat experience. Participants are expected to be punctual and attend all scheduled activities, unless prior arrangements have been made.

9. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings during the retreat. The organizers will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We recommend keeping valuables secure and not leaving them unattended.

10. Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat location. The organizers will not be held responsible for any travel-related issues or expenses incurred.

11. Liability Waiver: By attending the Retreat, participants acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with participation in the activities and workshops. The organizers, including Sarah Ashley and her respective team, will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the retreat.
