Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to the Energy Shift Event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase:
a. The ticket price for the Energy Shift Event is $111.00 (USD). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
b. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Event Details:
a. The event details, including the date, time, and location, will be provided via email to the email address associated with the ticket purchase.
b. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to provide a valid and accessible email address. The event organizer will not be held liable for any failure to receive event details due to an incorrect or inaccessible email address.
3. Entry and Identification:
a. Each ticket is valid for one person only and must be presented in its original form, either printed or in electronic format, for entry into the event.
b. Valid identification, such as a government-issued ID, may be required at the event entrance to verify the ticket holder's identity. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of entry.
4. Event Policies:
a. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder from the event premises without providing a refund or compensation if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of any event policies.
b. The event organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of ticket holders during the event.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations:
a. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the date, time, location, program, and speakers, without prior notice.
b. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the event organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via the email address provided during the ticket purchase. However, the event organizer will not be held liable for any failure to receive such notifications due to an incorrect or inaccessible email address.
c. If the event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund. The organizer may, at their discretion, offer alternative arrangements or reschedule the event.
6. Limitation of Liability:
a. By purchasing a ticket to the Energy Shift Event, you agree that the event organizer, its affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with the event.
b. Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denver, Colorado.
By purchasing a ticket to the Energy Shift Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
