Meditation, Mindfulness & Self Love Course

This is a 5 Day Course where we dive deep into the mind, meditation and creating a deeper self love for all aspects of self.

Here's what I know for sure:

This journey is NOT about judging everything you've gone through. Its about accepting it and, most importantly, accepting YOURSELF for who you are!
It's about changing your perspective.
It's about taking your power back.
It's about going to every experience that tore you apart and saying I LOVE myself through all of that.

Life is REALLY just a mirror.

When my dad left me at age 8, I thought it was my fault.

"Why would he do that to me?"

"Am I not good enough?"

"Why does he NOT SEE me?"

This is where I picked up the pattern of not being SEEN and heard.

"It's not SAFE to be who I really am. I have to give of myself so that people would LOVE me or else they might leave."

My entire life, I felt insure, guilty and unworthy.

Well you see . . .

Who was actually the one who couldn't SEE themselves? It was my father.

He had self judgment and shame that he had been carrying around his entire life that was NOT healed.

How could an 8 year old actually judge herself when she doesn't know herself?

This is what I talk about when I say that we carry with us programs and beliefs.

This ONE program of SELF JUDGMENT showed up time after time.

I manifested men who would not commit to me.

I manifested friends who made fun of me.

I manifested a second dad who PUSHED me to get good grades in highschool.

You see beauty, life is a mirror. That's it.

I am NOT that story.

I am NOT what happened to me.

I had to be the one to stop judging myself.

I had to be the one to ACCEPT who SARAH really was deep down inside. No one else.

We manifest things to show up like this so that we can truly learn how to be there for ourselves.

Because that is what really matters.

What would happen if you were actually there for yourself the way you need to BE?

Would you care what people thought?

Would you fear putting yourself out there?

Would you be afraid to take a leap into another direction?

NO you wouldn't!

Because you would TRUST in YOURSELF.
