These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the Star Codes Bundle for $111 USD, which includes the Star Codes Card Deck ("Card Deck") and the Star Codes Light Language Activations, provided by Sarah Ashley Global ("we" or "us"). By purchasing the Star Codes Bundle, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Purchase and Payment
By purchasing the Star Codes Bundle, you agree to make a one-time payment of $111.00 USD ("Purchase Price") using the provided payment method.

Refund Policy:
a. NO REFUNDS: We are committed to providing a satisfying experience. However, refunds will not be issued for the Star Codes Bundle once it is purchased. If you have any questions or concerns, or if there is anything we can do to enhance your experience, please contact Sarah Ashley Wheeler at [email protected].

b. NO CHARGEBACKS: The Client shall not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to the Company or to the Client’s credit card and/or form of payment (e.g., PayPal) for any reason related to the Star Codes Bundle. In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account.

Shipping
a. Address Usage: The address provided at checkout will only be used for shipping purposes. We are dedicated to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

b. Printing and Delivery Time: Please note that all physical items in the Star Codes Bundle, including the Card Deck, are printed to order. As a result, it may take 30 or more days from the date of your purchase for you to receive the physical items. We appreciate your patience during this time. However, upon purchase, you will receive an electronic copy of the Card Deck via email, allowing you to begin using it immediately on your phone or other electronic devices.

c. Shipping Costs: The Purchase Price includes the cost of standard shipping to the address you provide. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or shipping to international addresses. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver, Colorado.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice to you. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Star Codes Bundle after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
