These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Star Codes Card Deck ("Card Deck") provided by Sarah Ashley Global ("we" or "us"). By purchasing the Card Deck, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  1. Purchase and Payment

By purchasing the Card Deck, you agree to make a one-time payment of $55.00 USD ("Purchase Price") using the provided payment method.

  1. Our Refund Policy:

2.1. NO REFUNDS: We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for the Card Deck once it is purchased. If you have any questions or concerns, or if there is anything we can do to make your experience a more pleasant one, please email Sarah Ashley Wheeler at [email protected].

2.2. NO CHARGEBACKS: The Client will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to the Company or to the Client’s credit card and/or form of payment (ie, PayPal) for any reason whatsoever related to the Card Deck. In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves its right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account. 

  1. Shipping

3.1 Address Usage: The address you provide at checkout will only be used for shipping purposes. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Printing and Delivery Time: Please note that all Card Decks are printed to order. As a result, it may take 30 or more days from the date of your purchase for you to receive the physical deck. We appreciate your patience during this time. However, to ensure that you can begin using the Card Deck immediately, upon purchase, you will receive an electronic copy of the deck via email. This electronic copy can be conveniently accessed on your phone or other electronic devices.

3.3 Shipping Costs: The Purchase Price includes the cost of standard shipping to the address you provide. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or shipping to international addresses. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.

The Card Deck, including any associated artwork, designs, and intellectual property, is the property of Sarah Ashley Global or its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in the Card Deck are and shall remain with Sarah Ashley Global.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 Use at Your Own Risk: The Card Deck is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Card Deck or its suitability for any particular purpose.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Sarah Ashley Global be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Card Deck, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver, Colorado.

  1. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice to you. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Card Deck after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By purchasing the Star Codes Card Deck, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from purchasing or using the Card Deck.
